CyberScout VTOL

CyberScout was designed with the primary goal to be a small, configurable, and easily modifiable UAV aerial platform, which combines the VTOL, and hover capabilities of a helicopter with the high-speed forward flight capabilities of a fixed-wing aircraft. A secondary design objective was to “modularize” the major components of the aircraft to allow the platform to be optimally configured with different major components so that it can cost effectively meet varied mission requirements.

Cyber Defense Systems, Inc (Pink Sheets:CYDM) an Oklahoma Corporation is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. recently completed a reverses split of 200 to 1 of all of its outstanding common A and preferred B shares and the moved its domicile from Florida to Oklahoma. The company also filed a form 15 to change its status as a reporting company. The reverse was approved and the company began trading under a new symbol on February 4th, 2009, its new symbol is (CYDM).

In August of 2008, Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. formed an operating subsidiary called Cyber Aerospace, LLC, and (Cyber) an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, (www.cyberaerospace.com). In December the company moved all operations to Oklahoma.
