About Cyber Aerospace, LLC

Cyber Aerospace, LLC (“Cyber”) is an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company formed in August of 2008 and is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Cyber is a designer and manufacture of Unmanned Aerial Systems (“UAS”). The company is a small business women owned company providing services to Law enforcement, military and commercial operation globally.

Cyber currently plans to build and assemble its products in Oklahoma along with strategic partners in Kansas. Cyber also acquired all of the airship assets from Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. closed subsidiaries (Pinksheets:CYDM). The company has two licensed partially completed SA 68 airships and is negotiating partnerships to complete and operate the SA 68 in the near future. The company believes that there are revenue opportunities in both government and commercial work with the airships.

The global war on terror has re-defined this country’s need for security protection both at home and abroad. As continued terror attacks occur around the globe, an entire industry has emerged to provide solutions to support the fight against terror and international homeland defense. Further, most of the civilized world is confronted with on-going threats of terrorism. Existing technology at CYBER along with future planned innovations will meet these security challenges with cost effective solutions.

CYBER is uniquely positioned to meet these needs today. Existing products include the SA 68 MA airship and the scalable CyberBug™ a small-unmanned aerial system, (UAS) and the developmental (CyberScout™) and the developmental M.A.R.S.™ HAA airships. CYBER has targeted a combined market segment that is potentially worth an estimated $14 billion annually over the next 5 years - including all air vehicles, ground control equipment and payloads, expected to be produced through 2014. “Observers such as Forecast International analyst Larry Dickerson say the most vibrant growth in the defense and aerospace industry lays with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAS). Thanks in large part to the U.S. global war on terror, the market for UAS reconnaissance systems is expected to be worth $13.6 billion through 2014. “Although the popularity of UAS’s continues to grow worldwide, the U.S. is by far the largest single market,” Dickerson says. Steve Zaloga, senior analyst for the Teal Group, states, “The most significant catalyst to this market has been the enormous growth of interest in UASs by the U.S. military, tied to the general trend toward information warfare and net-centric systems. UASs are a key element in the intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) portion of this revolution, and they are expanding into other missions as well with the advent of hunter-killer UASs.” The Teal Group’s 2008 market study, “World Unmanned Aerial Systems, Market Profile and Forecast 2008,” forecasts that worldwide UAS spending will more than double over the next decade from the current annual level of $3.4 billion to $7.3 billion within a decade, totaling close to $55 billion in the next 10 years. The U.S will account for 73 percent of the worldwide research, development, test and evaluation spending on UAS technology over the next decade, and about 59 percent of the procurement, according to the report. “

The airships and UAS’s are used primarily to provide persistent surveillance 24/7 and have been updated to include the latest tracking devices for troop and weapon movement. The U.S. Navy Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a series of technology proof of concept contracts to CYBER. NAVAIR along with additional government agencies thought the airship that CYBER had purchased offered capabilities that are becoming an important part of the DOD and Intelligence Agencies strategy, many of these were tested the first operational prototype the SA 60. Additionally, sensor and communication enhancements under development by outside contractors will be tested and ultimately fielded by CYBER under joint ventures with external strategic partners to provide a fully integrated network from the ground to satellite.
