CyberBug R & D
The CyberBug R & D is a rugged, man-portable, hand-launched UAV designed for surveillance, reconnaissance, and disaster response missions. It offers performance similar to the CyberBug B2 and it has been designed to conduct research and development missions with a large payload bay with the ability to carry chemical sensors, high-resolution cameras, and additional equipment specific to the user’s needs. Cyber Aerospace offers client-specific payload integration for the CyberBug R & DTM. The UAV has a wingspan of 60 inches, weighs 14.5 pounds, and is small enough to fit in the trunk of a car when unassembled. This UAV has an endurance of 90 minutes, an operating altitude of 400 feet, and an operating range of 5 kilometers. The UAV payload can provide live video transmission and performance data to its ground control station, which can store captured data for later retrieval. The CyberBug R & D is assembled by snapping the aircraft components together and can be deployed within three minutes.
The standard package includes one CyberBug R & D UAV with autonomous flight capability, one ground control station (laptop, mission planning software, transmitter, GPS navigation, and antenna), one pan/tilt color video camera, a rechargeable battery, and a 1-year warranty for $40,900.
Additional components and optional accessories are also available and include an additional Medium CyberBug R & D UAV for $25,950, an additional ground control station for $16,950, optional targeting/tracking software for $12,500 and a handheld video receiver for $4,000.
